Who is EnKliP?

Uwe Nestle is an environmental engineer and independent advisor on energy and climate policies. Before he launched EnKliP, he worked at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in Germany for more than ten years. There he mainly dealt with energy issues. Previously, he worked at the "Ecologic Institute" in Berlin and the office of the "Korea Institute of Science and Technology Europe" in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Uwe Nestle is, on an honorary basis, a member of the executive board of Green Budget Germany and member of the federal working committee for energy of Friends of the Earth Germany. Uwe Nestle is married, has two small sons and lives in Kiel.
